Mission Statement
Our mission is to enhance and preserve the effective and efficient 
management of the association.  
Colony Cove Homeowner's Association will represent homeowners in a fair, ethical and 
objective manner by addressing issues that affect the community.  
We represent all community residents dealing with all levels of Colony Cove 
Park Management.  The HOA promotes cooperation among all clubs, 
organizations and works to improve the quality of life for all park residents.   
The colony Cove HOA is responsible for abiding by the Association Bylaw, 
Covenants, and Colony Cove Regulations.  
We exercise all rights accorded to the HOA 
under Florida Chapter 723 on 
behalf of all homeowners.
